Cheeseburger Rice is an easy one pan meal that can be made in 30 minutes! INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, ground mustard 1 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp pickle juice 1 1/2 cups of beef broth 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed 8 oz can of tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese 2 green onions, chopped INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, Drain any extra grease from the meat. Next, add the minced garlic, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well. Add the uncooked (rinsed) rice, beef broth, and the can of tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well. Bring to a quick boil then turn the heat down to medium-low. Cover with a lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Once the rice is cooked add about 1 cup of cheese, stir, and top with a little bit more. Let sit until the cheese melts or pop it in the oven under broil for just a minute.
