I am considering going after an event in a few weeks. Since I’ll be right down the block it’s worth a walk over. New shouldn’t = poor service, presentation or quality. Hiccups sure, but what a company puts out and is ok with delivering tells you they are ok with this. It was a choice to serve customers like this. It’s a choice to continue business with a broken AC in this heat. Those are choices and they impact the customers experience and the experience should be important to the company. Without companies it’s just a cute building.
