Seperate beds is elite actually! My parents have seperate bedrooms, fully decorated to their own preferences. My dad sleeps in pitch black on a hard mattress, my mom prefers having the window open and a soft bed. My dad also likes to stay up very late while my mom is an early bird. They both sleep significantly better since splitting bedrooms and as a result they actually like eachother much more hahaha. They've been married for over 30 years and still act like teenagers. They have sleepovers in each other's rooms now 😂
