My daughter has to buy her own health insurance due to turning 26. In out state there is one private pay provider. UHC. We met with an insurance broker who went through the limited options. My child’s employer is too small to have insurance. The plan she can get has NO maternity benefits, no mental health coverage and no benefits for alcohol and drug addiction treatment. So the federal government wants to ban abortion but doesn’t require the insurance companies to cover pregnancy and delivery of babies
