I had a fridge bulletin board when I taught 3rd grade and if anyone got 100% on anything they could put it on the fridge. One student worked SO hard to get on that board and he finally did in the 3rd quarter! He cried because he was so happy he did it.

all this boohooing about AI, he is showing a WONDERFUL classroom set up and if my son had needs for a special education class/teacher id be proud to say he's in this class! teachers are so overworked having AI for help is what I think it should be used for.

I wish all teachers gave us paras a desk. Or at least an adult sized chair. I hate sitting in the tiny chairs with the students. I feel like this when I’m sitting with the kids either on the rug or in tiny chairs😂
