Don’t forget JIS screwdrivers. And Suzuki Boulevards are NOT easy to work on. They are packed very tight. Valve adjustment on them is the worst. But otherwise they are decent bikes.

I dont have alot of experience with mikuni constant velocity carbs but I do have a ton of experience with the older vm round slide carbs and those are great

The small jet is the idle jet, the tube under the main jet is the emulsion tube. Just letting you know!!! Good work though sounds great 👍

I use a stripped stranded copper wire on the jets to keep from damaging it.
