We don’t know each other but I think about you all the time. I have a 6 month old and I consider all the things you and your baby have to adapt to. The pressure you feel as a mom wanting to keep your baby happy and healthy is one thing. To do all of that successfully as a wheelchair user is admirable and you inspire me. I really do think you’re so incredible.

also a disabled mom here, with quite a bit less mobility than you actually, but anyway I digress. stay strong for just a bit longer, soon he'll be climbing up to you. I feel like my son is such a strong human bc he had to do things differently too. you'll do great!

I can relate to this I became disabled when my kids were a little bit older. I have sensory neuropathy and I can’t physically feel anything inside and outside of my body from head to toe. I can’t taste , smell, hot or cold, know if I’m sick or not and slowly going blind. I haven’t physically felt my kids since they were 5&8 years old they are adults now and it was really hard because I was learning to live in a different way and still be a parent but it is doable. 🙏
