im 16 and literally all of the important things ive learned about drug addiction are from you so thank you. my brother od in 2021, he was only 18 and you give me hope in knowing people can recover and still live life to the fullest 🫶 you are incredibly strong and you help so many people by making these videos, even if they don’t do well all the time your still changing peoples perspectives and helping people make better choices

heavy on the heat regulation issues, if my heart rate picks up even a little bit, i am sweating a concerning amount. like, strangers ask if i'm okay type sweaty. i stock at big box store, so i'm literally always sweating

I know nicotine isn’t as hard of a drug as others, but when I was smoking for almost ten years I dealt with a lot of these issues. I’ve been clean for a little over a year now and I still struggle to take deep breaths and my body is just now beginning to learn how to regulate temperature again. My heart rate will skyrocket sometimes the way it would when I would take a hit but it’s doing it less now. It’s a lot easier to recover from nicotine and a lot of it isn’t permanent so I feel blessed in that regard.
