hey brother, jus wanted to remind you again we’re proud of you and most importantly proud of how you’re dealing throughout your situation, something i’ve been trying lately is thinking of life as driving a car, we look out of the windscreen to drive, we don’t drive with our eyes on the mirrors the whole time, it’s a little analogy of you focus majority on the future and what’s yet to come, as horrible as the past may be and we jus want to go back, we can’t always look in the mirror otherwise we might mess up the future and i understand it might sound like rubbish to ya but it’s something that’l has worked for me and jus thought i’d share, only want the best for ya brother, love ya my mate ❤️❤️
