Where did u find those huge artichokes?! I have looked everywhere. Im in Canada and they are sooo small here. I’ve wanted to make this recipe for such a long time. My Nonna used to make them all the time.

🥰🥰🥰 FYI my mom lets them soak in a sink full of water with lemon slices for a bit. It allegedly helps them open up (the lemon prevents them from browning).

I make sure to the the breadcrumbs down in the petals so all you do if pull off the petal and the crumbs are already there. I drizzle with olive oil after I stuff them with the breadcrumbs and then steam them in water
