Yes, I agree with what you said working out every day drinking water and eating good help you recover so fast. I had a hysterectomy a few years back and I do weightlifting and I do CrossFit and I was driving by day three I knew I was still healing, but I was feeling pretty good!!

I agree, I think the prep you do before surgery does help with recovery and I also believe being active and working out regularly helps a lot as well.
