people see "American" in the title and start spewing hate. As a born and raised Viet who also cooks, this man knows his stuff. He cooks Vietnamese food better than most Viet people I know. Has a deep passion for the cuisine. Lives there for almost 20 years. He can do whatever he wants as long as it's legal. Those who whine don't even live in VN to buy his food, so what's the deal???
