California’s legal limit is literally the safest limit divided by 1000. Going over California’s legal limit by 600% still doesn’t mean anything. There’s more lead naturally occurring in your veggies.

It’s the plant protein. Unfortunately, plants leech heavy metals out of the ground. Every fruit and vegetable you’ve ever eaten has trace heavy metals in it. I use whey protein personally, but you can’t really avoid getting any lead in your diet. It’s everywhere.
