@cbsnews: A mass funeral for 112 people from the same extended family in Gaza took place on Tuesday, nearly three years after they were killed. This large family group, including dozens of women and children from the Hassayna and Abu Sharia clan in Gaza City, died in an Israeli military strike that hit their residential compound in the second month of the war, on Nov. 23, 2023, according to Gaza's Civil Defense, which operates under the Hamas-run Interior Ministry. In a statement to CBS News, Israel's military said it "does not deliberately target the civilian population and takes all feasible measures to mitigate harm to civilians."
