I'm on the same journey, I tried 16 months to deal with it with just natural products but it didn't work, I started spironolactone 100mg because 50 mg did nothing and I'm losing to much hair, I have PMOS.

🥹 started 50mg in April but just switched to 100mg in July! My only side effect is it hurts if I take on an empty stomach so I’ve learned I have to eat a good meal w it. I’m excited! Research shows 50mg is not really effective and 100mg takes about 4-6 months to see new growth!!!!

If you’re feeling dizzy keep pickles or jarred olives on hand. I drink the juice to keep my sodium up. When I went from 50mg to 100mg I woke up and felt like I was spinning. Chugged pickle juice and it went away quickly.
