Early game and before 40-45 stacks is useless. If enemy jungler knows what to do and it’s not a bot it’s very easy to make you useless the whole game. If you’re lucky and enemy jungler afk farms then after 80 stacks and a few kills or assists you become late game (25+ minutes) monster.
