You said that its not good to take the zinc at the same time as i take my meds and i used to take it at the same time before I saw your video but now that I dont take them at the same time im forgetting to take the zinc because I have a lot of going on and it used to be so easy to just take them at the same time as my meds, I would have to carry my pack of Zinc everywhere because most days im going somewhere after taking my meds, exhausting 😓
