For anyone curious the lady who hit the kid didn't show any emotion till she learned she was getting 8 years in prison, her and her boyfriend and sister jumped the mama when seeing her in the store and the mama would have helped her asked them not to give her the longest sentence they could if she had just apologized and didn't go about it how she did, they jumped the poor grieving mama and the mama didn't even see her to begin with let alone know it was her.
