What “extra” hour are you talking about? The sun will be in the sky the exact amount of hours depending on the day regardless of where you set a clock. You cannot set the sun forward or backward, it is the clock. It’s a mind game pure and simple, celestial mechanics does not care about the time of day we set our clocks.
