I had postpartum depression peak at 6 months with my first. Join a good Christian mom group or a local momco group! Definitely saved me to hear other mom’s experiences.

Personally—mine got increasingly worse. Hit a wall around 6 months, and again at 8, then went and got tested by a psychiatrist. Was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD, started meds and after 2 months they were feeling like they were helping! I’m trying to get back on them since my insurance lapsed but it helped me sooo much (plus regular therapy once a week)!

I'm 8 months pp and honestly I think PPD and PPA has hit me square in the face. I've teething, weaning, crawling, prewalking and constant whining and I solo parent 4 days a week. I'm not okay 😂😅
