As an employer, I’d agree with her, tell her she’s doing great and let her go at some time down the road for another reason. I don’t expect people to reply at 1am but that kinda black and white contract talk means a short tenure at the company. Don’t abuse it as an employer but don’t give me that Not in my contract nonsense
