When I was a child I would jump from the middle of the stairs and float down to the bottom. I commented my experience on someone else’s post and I had a bunch of people saying they use to float as a child too

I still do this and so do my kids and one of my kids can’t sleep next to me side-by-side. She’s gotta be like crooked or feet by my head, etc. or we’ll get tangled up in each other’s bodies coming back.

So this happened to me all the way up until Covid! I would unintentionally have people at odds bc I could tell people convos that other people had about them with info that I could not know unless I was there but the physical me could never be in those spaces 😭😭😭. To this day I could never explain how I knew!! But I was literally there when they were dragging said person for filth!!

I did it a lot as a kid too, but it faded until I was around 27ish when it started happening randomly again. I learned about ap and gained control of it, it’s wild when you can literally feel your energetic body pressing against the physical bounds of your body. Feels like you’ve been plugged into an outlet 🔌

the last time i astral projected i was 23/24… we have to consistently practice.. its like falling into sleep paralysis but beating the paralysis..

I didn't know what it was as a kid. I learned in my 20s that sleep paralysis was a gateway to it and I had a couple successful experiments. Forgot all about it. But ever since 2022, I wake up in sleep paralysis several times a month and use it to go out of body. I look forward to it lol.
