I had a lymphatic massage and it made me SO sick! But a doctor told me that it releases a lot of stored up gunk from your gland and nodes and everything and puts a big strain on your immune system. Sometimes resulting in getting sick. Hope you feel better soon 🙏

Parker, beginning lymphatic drainage after years of stagnation can give you flu symptoms. Keep doing it. You can do it yourself. Eventually, that will go away. It happened to me recently too, after not performing lymphatic drainage for a bit. My skin also broke out. You got this!
