just to give the most simplex answer, yung white po kasi is just biscuits its easier for them to disassembled unlike the black part wet siya dahil dun sa chocolate, ants they to take things that are dried cuz easier for them to carry.

To what I know the ants just taste it first but they didn't eat all part that they have, they actually bring it to their house or den to what I observe the white parts of stick-o is the only thing that they can bring and the brown is quite heavy for them to bring like kasi nag moiste na yung chocolate sabay kumapit na sa makunat na stick-0.
