Yum. Babe I used the PURE energy gels every now and then while I was breastfeeding (the no caffeine ones) and baby was pai. I only usually had them if I was ever doing a paddle longer that 10kms or a run that was longer that 5kms ooorrr if I was ever extremely exhausted. Now I use them regularly 👌🏽
