if they were his friends at all they would want his family to have answers and to know what happened. they were not his friends frl and now he’s gone and no one has answers to ts. it’s very very sad especially in mississippi. my grandpa grew up in mississippi, he couldn’t read or write, was only allowed to eat pork because beef and chicken were for the white folks. he’s still here, so imagine how this really feels to ppl with similar experiences. i wish nolan wells would’ve gotten home safe

We have to stop acting like these scenarios are normal just because they have become our norm!! it is absolutely NOT okay and NOT normal that these situations keep happening to black people. It gets to a point where we all have to take accountability and recognize the issues that we face and instead of accepting them do everything in our power to CHANGE them.

Even if he did “see color” in this situation. It still could’ve happened. Which in many cases it did. He could’ve met the yt boys that day n died that same day. Yes it is good to be aware but awareness or no awareness your prone to the same exact consequences simply bc we’re black..
