I extracted the ironmouse with a portable and then I got another, maxed it and extracted normally and I don’t have either in my sprites. Totally disappeared. How do I fix this?

yesterday I extracted her with my own portable extractor. Died in the game, cam back to lobby to see and she wasn't in my collection. Even my portable extractor that I just bought yesterday was used so I also lost an extractor, I was soooo mad. It was even saying that it was added to collection. tried to report but it only ask for a screenshot, so I can't even explane the situation.... how can we report this properly
