This is gonna sound crazy but my friend experienced something similar so ima tell you about it so him and like his group of his other friends were basically like cutting through these parts of woods in our town to get back to his house on foot btw and it’s kinda like a park but there’s no lights and at some point they noticed that like a tall black figure was following them they don’t have it recorded but they all described it in the same way and the way they did it looks similar to this

Your experiencing a thing known as pareidolia, your brain still runs on instincts from when everyone used to be cavemen its a defense mechanism where your brain tries to identify a obscured object as fast as possible wich mixed with low lighting can cause things in the dark to look like they are moving, hope this explanation helps.
