Baguette cut into slices and hot honey to drizzle on top !!! 1. 1-2 peaches diced 2. 1 jalapeño sliced 3. 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped 4. 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 5. Salt to taste 6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice Ricotta spread: 1. 1/2 cup ricotta 2. 1/2 teaspoon salt 3. 3 garlic minced 4. Big squeeze lemon juice 5. 1 tablespoon olive oil 1. Cut a baguette into slices. 2. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and bake in the oven 400° for about 5 to 7 minutes until slightly browned do not over bake or will be too hard. We just want to slightly toast. 3. Make the peach mix: mix together, diced peaches, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, salt , lemon juice 4. Make a ricotta spread: Mix together ricotta, salt , garlic, lemon juice, olive oil. 5. Spread on cotta mix on top with the peach mix. 6.
