If you're not planning to sleep separate, get him a chin strap to wear in combination with his CPAP.

I am thankful that my husband lost weight and does not snore any longer because you could hear him through the entire house with fans even running.

Increase the pressure on his CPAP. You may have to look up how to access the special menu but it will be worth it.

I would suggest him going to get a free consultation with an Airway Orthodontist. That's how I discovered I had a structural issue passed the CPAP. I just got a Marpe Palette Expander but in to expand my palette/upper jaw which will also expand my nasal passage and throat. It's a rabbit hole, but happy to answer any questions. There's also a good book called Breathe, Sleep, Thrive that explains a lot about jaw development, symptoms of a airway structural issue, and things that can be done.

Trying to ease my husband into having separate rooms. He snores, sleeps like a starfish in the middle, sets 37 alarms, and turns the tv up so loud in the middle of the night. It’s different rooms or a hole in our field 😅

Ohhhh no, good luck sis! I’d hate to listen to that all night too. Can you still hear the smoke detector if it were to go off with that thing over your ears?! John says my snoring is pretty loud too sometimes!
