In my opinion, Peter made a really good invention that's just being seriously misused. Being a mutants a fuckin gamble, you could get cool bone claws or teleportation or you could get turned into a giant blue cat monkey thing or get stuck disintegrating every living thing in a hundred mile radius. I'd want a universal power dampener too, like fuck

As a normal person and if I live in that universe. I would want that device to every mutant because THERE IS NO GUARANTEE that these people won't abuse their power against normal citizen like me. Logically I support this decision.

I don't really see this as a negative thing. Yeah Spider-Man created the inhibitors but they aren't bad. It's how people use them which is bad. Inhibitors being small and unnoticeable can genuinely be used for good for mutants with dangerous powers or those who don't want the effects. Peter just made something that was only available for Banner now something that's available to all. This could be used to give rogue a normal life without wearing a clunky what is basically a slave collar around her neck all the time.

The concept of peter making one “universal” makes as much sense as that Spider-Man tracker Ned did. And no it’s not bc he’s not smart enough to make one or smth like that at all. Bc what does it even mean 😭 he didn’t even have the blood sample of a mutant to make one he only did one for him based on his research, if he never even examined a mutant how is that it’d would work on them. Does it work on all mutates like spiderman? What about ppl with magic does it work on them too? The concept of it working on Bruce is stupid by itself too cuz he doesn’t even know or had access to his dna info
