It’s cruel it’s awful and it is and to be honest torture. I have chronic pain, I experienced the same maybe not 10 K steps but days when I can at least make my life kind of normal. But the payback is horrific. I hope you’re doing well and having a good day.

It’s cruel as well.. you have a good few days and start to feel normal, be able to do things, then you pay for it for the next couple of weeks..hits you like you’ve been slammed into the wall a dozen times!
