4.2mL (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract ✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
50g (1/3 Cup + 1 tbsp) All-Purpose Flour
20g (1/4 Cup) Oat Flour
2 Scoops Cookies & Cream or Vanilla Protein Powder (@legion code nickkaz saves $$)
100-120g (1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp) Granulated Sugar Substitute
4g (1 tsp) Baking Powder
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
3 Oreos, Crushed into the Batter ✳️ Ingredients for Frosting:
227g (1 Cup) 0% Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
36g (1/2 Cup) Light Cool Whip, Refrigerated
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein Powder (@legion code nickkaz)
10-14g (2 tbsp) Sugar-Free Vanilla or Cheesecake Pudding Mix
48g (1/4 Cup) Confectioners Sugar Substitute
Small Splash Almond Milk, if needed Extra Frosting on Top (*optional*) ✳️ Ingredients for Decoration (*optional*): 60g (1/4 Cup) Chocolate Chips, Melted 5mL (1 tsp) Coconut Oil Oreo Crumbs Around Edges + Oreo in Center 👉 Everything optional is NOT included in the macros. ✳️ Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all wet ingredients until smooth. 3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 4. Fold in the crushed Oreo. 5. Pour into a greased or lined pan and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the center is set. 6. Let cool completely. 7. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and confectioners sweetener. Fold in refrigerated Cool Whip last. Add a small splash of almond milk only if needed for texture to be thick but silky. 8. After the cake cools completely, slice it horizontally through the center to create 2 layers. Spread a thick layer of frosting over the bottom half, place the top half back on, then use the remaining frosting over the top. 9. Optional - add 60g (1/4 cup) chocolate chips, melted + 5mL (1 tsp) coconut oil to small bowl. Slather on top and add Oreo crumbs around edges + Oreo in center. Refrigerate until firm. Slice into 2.
