I have such chronic sleep issues i would take a sleep aid pill, magnesium gummy, drink tart cherry juice, spray dr teals sleep spray, wear earplugs and eye mask and STILL cant sleep through the night for once in my life. Ive tried it all trust me

I take a magnesium supplement, shot of tart cherry juice, sleepy tea blend, aroma therapy candles/diffuser/pillow spray, magnesium spray on feet, melatonin body oil, white noise from fan, youtube frequencies for sleep… been doing this every night for like 2 weeks and have been getting the best sleep ever. I know it sounds like a lot but it’s actually super easy and worth it

I take 2 Benadryl for sleeping at night, I have pretty bad allergies in general so it's helpful anyhow lol! My doctors have said I'm good, it's not affecting my health, but I really wanna be someone who can take like, Melatonin and sleep all night from just supplements & gummies 😭🩷
