Realistically people theres honestly no escaping it, if it isnt cancer that gets you in the end its going to be some other health related disease/disorder/issue. Live your life to the fullest, take care of yourself the best you can, get sleep, rest, destress and eat healthy. Keep a balance of researching better options but also shutting off your phone and just living.
