If that ruling is true then that judge really needs to be kicked off the bench. Apparently he thinks that the entire body has to enter the home in order for there to be a home invasion. Sticking a pinky in creates a home invasion let alone an entire arm which is reaching for the door lock so the rest of the body can follow. And I guess the judges take on it is that you have to let him break in and then take your chances on doing him with a baseball bat at that point no matter how much bigger or stronger he may be. And, be sure not to hit him too hard because all these trying to do is break into your home and commit a crime. I suspect that judge never saw the inside of a law library or a law school. He should really check the law before he rules on it
