@roadtoaesthetics: F*CK or SUCK? 🍞🤔 High Protein Cinnamon Roll French Toast 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, makes 1 serve (2 to 3 slices) French Toast Batter ✅ Bread, 2 to 3 slices ✅ Egg, 1 large ✅ Milk, ⅓ cup (80ml), 2.7fl oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Powder, ½ scoop (approx. 15g), 0.5oz ✅ Brown Sugar Stevia or Sweetener, 1 tbsp ✅ Vanilla Extract, ¼ tsp (optional) ✅ Cinnamon, ¼ tsp (optional) ✅ Olive Oil Spray or a little butter Filling ✅ Fat Free Greek Yoghurt, ⅓ cup (85g), 3oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Powder, ½ scoop (approx. 15g), 0.5oz ✅ Splash of Milk (if needed) ✅ Ground Cinnamon 👉 Method 1. Whisk together the egg, milk, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon. 2. Soak the bread until fully coated. 3. Spray a pan with olive oil spray and cook each slice for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden. 4. Mix the Greek yoghurt and protein powder together. Add a splash of milk if needed. 5. Layer the toast with the protein filling, sprinkling cinnamon between each layer. 6.
