I def think these cops need a serious debrief and more training. This could have ended horribly for the bystanders. Gave him one to many warnings and the moment he started grabbing for something both windows in the front need to be broken and the defendant needs to be arrested and placed in custody for the protection of everyone around

Police are NOT doctors and providers . The man was asked numerous of times to let the window down, put the car in park or step out the car . NICELY , numerous of times . Also he’s under the influence of (|rugs .

Pretty textbook definition of a manic episode. This is why we still need state mental hospitals. I'm not condoning the behavior, this guy acted like a jackass, but in his defense, some delusions during manic episodes can be extremely real and cause the loss of simple decision making capabilities. (i.E. the cartel coming for him and being fed to wolves)
