My silence is not a sign that I am weak, afraid, or unable to respond. Sometimes, silence is the strongest answer a person can give. I have learned that not every situation deserves my explanation, not every argument deserves my energy, and not every person deserves access to my peace. There was a time when I felt the need to explain myself whenever someone misunderstood me, but with time I realized that people who truly respect me will not force me to prove my worth. I choose silence because I know my value, and I do not need to lower myself just to win an argument. Self-respect means knowing when to speak and when to walk away without creating unnecessary drama. It means understanding that protecting my peace is more important than satisfying someone’s ego. My silence does not mean I have nothing to say; it means I have enough control to decide when my words are worth using. I believe that maturity is not about reacting to everything but about choosing your reactions wisely. Some people may think silence means weakness because they are used to seeing others react emotionally, but I see silence differently. I see it as discipline, patience, and confidence. When I remain silent, I am not accepting disrespect; I am simply refusing to become like the person who disrespected me. I would rather leave a situation with my dignity than stay and lose my peace trying to prove a point. Self-respect teaches me that I do not have to chase people, beg for attention, or force anyone to understand me. The right people will recognize my intentions without requiring endless explanations. The wrong people can misunderstand me, and I can still continue moving forward. Silence also gives me time to think before I speak. Words spoken in anger can create problems that are difficult to repair, while silence gives emotions time to settle. It allows me to see situations more clearly and make decisions based on wisdom instead of temporary feelings. I have learned that sometimes the best response is no response at all. Walking away from unnecessary arguments is not cowardice; it is knowing what deserves my attention. My peace has value, and I will not trade it for temporary satisfaction. I do not need to answer every accusation, respond to every opinion, or prove myself to everyone. My actions, character, and consistency can speak louder than any explanation. If someone chooses to judge me without knowing my story, that is their choice, not my responsibility. I will continue to respect myself, stay focused on my goals, and keep my distance from unnecessary negativity. My silence represents control over my emotions and respect for my own dignity. It reminds me that I can be calm without being weak, quiet without being powerless, and distant without being bitter. I do not need to make noise to show strength. Sometimes, the strongest person in the room is the one who knows exactly what to say but chooses not to say it. My silence is my boundary, my peace, and my self-respect. #foryou #trending #fyppppppppppp #unfreezemyacount #sidhumoosewala

I wrote a biology paper a few days ago proposing a new mechanism for cognitive enhancement titled “The Eraser Hypothesis”. (Link in bio for full pdf) Now I am running the experiments. The proposal operates at the RNA level instead of neurotransmission, and is focused on an enzyme called FTO that controls whether or not memory related genes get translate into protein. The goal is to partially modulate FTO through a hidden pocket between its two structural domains, restoring the brain’s ability to build memories under metabolic stress without shutting the enzyme down entirely. This is a first draft molecular dynamics simulation of FTO. I ran it on my laptop overnight. It’s of 150,000 atoms (including the full protein, water, and ions). Every frame is computed under a CHARMM36m force field at 310 K in a dodecahedral periodic box with 150 mM NaCl, integrated at 4 femtosecond intervals with hydrogen mass repartitioning via OpenMM on my laptop (m4 max). The bars in the middle are per-residue backbone displacement (which are a live measurement of what is actively moving at each instant) The line drawing on the lower left is backbone RMSD tracking structural drift from the starting conformation. So far because the compute required is just so heavy I’ve only got 30 nanoseconds of data. The target is a cryptic pocket at the interface between FTO’s two domains that only opens transiently during simulation. I’m gonna continue running more sims (should take me around 8-9 days for my goal, I want 200 nanoseconds per replica across 3 independent runs) then map its dynamics, druggability, and pharmacophore in a new paper. Music is my piece “Reverie Overture”. #biology
