Hi I've been modelling for years and the best thing to do is to learn about composition when it comes to a photo, this way you know how and where to stand and how to use shapes to your advantage. Practice posing in front of a full length mirror in different outfits as well. If given props use that to your advantage to try create a story, we are given props a lot. Also look at a bunch of magazines and note how other models posed in different pieces, settings and photo styles. 😋👍

honestly, when you’re in a photoshoot, just let yourself free and relaxed. imagine you’re alone in your room, dancing to your favourite song. modeling agencies like people that are naturally free and not trying “too hard”, or people that are “too stiff”. just be relaxed, imagine you’re alone, and it’ll work out.
