wow this was a very telling exercise. when you asked your inner child to hand over their burden i saw her being reluctant to do so because of how I have been chasing toxic relationships to be choosen vs. choosing her. she didnt even trust me😭😭. im definitely working on this with her. 3 months no contact now. I have asked her to forgive me and told her I am strong enough to choose her moving forward
