jiaoqiu is more likely considering jade just reran, next sustain is complicated because aventurine also just reran. lingsha debatably can be a main dps so I think she'll be avoided for a little while longer. I'd say if any of the characters u listed are entering its gonna be based on recent banner sales. I'd also like to say, I think cipher is also in the running. Jade and jiaoqiu are MORE likely than her, but I think cipher is going to be the FIRST 3.x character and tbh she has the LEAST banner sales. so honestly... I could see cipher being there BEFORE either jade or jiaoqiu. am I thinking it'll happen? no. but I can dream
