Keep seeing a guy at locals who doesn't say a damn word during his turn, won't announce abilities and just expect me to know what he's doing, and then will say "sure, ok, yup" at EVERYTHING I announce. Dude I LEGIT had a guy reshuffle my deck instead of cut, had this same energy, was such a weird and shitty experience and when I ended up winning he stormed off. Never went back to that cardshop, whole experience threw me off

I would probably call a judge. He can get a warning for damaging the cards and for throwing the cards, also the shuffling in the hand is too much. He would have probably would be kick out.
