They didn't ruin anything because in the original series, Mason and Juliet went into the woods, him as a wolf and Juliet as an old woman; it was only a matter of time before they both died.

Listen, what I wanted for the new series. Alex and Harper being roomies (similar to ravens home) and you actually getting to see what happened to everyone. Instead of just a couple of cast members, showing us what happened to Dean, Juliet, prof. crumbs, Steavie, freaking MAX. Like you could give Raven’s home 5-6 seasons, Bunk’d 7, but wizards beyond just 2 seasons and 4 episodes?

I think it's good that Disney doesn't end series that are always good, like fairy tales, it's too predictable, it becomes boring. Knowing their lives as wizards, it was bound to happen that something bad could happen; it makes more sense. In a way it's poetic because he will always be the love of her life, at least he hasn't left her and is with someone else. It's possible he sacrificed himself for her, and I find that even more wonderful.

I’m honestly the biggest wizards and Selena fan. And coming from me, I haven’t watched Beyond past the first two episodes. It feels completely different, like more than a re-boot should.
