@salludonfr: Been experimenting with 12-15g of sodium per day. Which is more than my normal sodium intake. Not much of a bloat but most my lifts have improved in the gym and i feel more energetic throughout the day. Will probably keep sodium high for a couple of months and see what happens. This is mainly because of summer weather here. Heat is so brutal you lose half your salts through sweating anyway so i probably wouldn’t consume this much during summers.
