The whole point is he’s not trying to build up to the next event after one movie and he’s trying to create an actual, large universe where stories are self contained. That being said though, he really needs to find the next WW and Batman cause it can’t be that long😭

Okay, Gunn makes great shows and movies (watched all DCU movies/shows besides supergirl, also watched all GOTG movies and all are peak). But on the financial side I do think we should get batman first, and maybe let him cameo in movies like clayface. That way they have enough money for movies/shows about lesser-known characters

All i care is that we have character driven well executed stories that celebrate the characters rather than a big saga, i loved infinity war and endgame but to do those you need set up. You need other films with other characters that are actually good ti make you care

Multiverse menaces :
Before I get misunderstood I love DC I enjoy the new DCU and I fully stand MAWS (best DC project for me im obsessed w it) but we shouldn't compare MCU or DCU it looks "similiar" at first for larpers or whatever but in same time it's two different existence. And just to mention Kevin litteraly plans reboot of MCU this way, I suppose I mean, he basicaly spoilered what the last projects, Doomsday and Secret Wars, is about. He did mention that they are going comicaly accurate and that in reboot there's going to be one universe within other characters existing there, sharing the world. Doom is about to destroy the "Marvel Multiverse" .. so like I find this... comparishion funny because within 5-10 years they'll be again at the same similiar page on this [cry]
