It is true that walking to work or whatever you’d see film and crew shooting. Ive seen Gossip Girl being filmed back in the day also Law and Order SUV in. There is usually a film staff person at the end of the block saying “Hi! Please go around, we’re shooting a movie/show” 🙂

I use to be so annoyed when they filmed in nyc. The poor scene coordinators would plead with commuters, “it’s only going to take a minute. Please wait!”Meanwhile a hundred New Yorkers are ready to trample the set to get to work. 😆
