you actually can see the metal shavings from a bad compressor. If the system has an orifice tube youll find it there. nothing microscopic will hurt it. Its got metal shavings all through out the system. Even in a healthy system from normal wear. You also should be replacing the expansion valve not flushing it. And replacing the drier/accumulator. Then adding oil back into the system that you flushed out. Also need to measure the oil that came in new compressor. Cuz theyre not always prefilled properly

never had an issue ever. firat 1 done was 17 years ago. still works great. depends why it broke. 95 percent are just the clutch. and that doesn't put anything in the lines.

thats nothing the worst is these dam blend doors that go out especially on dodge vehicles you almost have to tare the whole dash out to get to them should of never came out with those dam things and just left the cable to open and close vents stupid enginuity 🤔
