Though I am in favour of multiple administrative units i.e provinces or American style states . I think to make progress its imperative that rank of army chief and system of Commissioner /Deputy commissioner must be abolished but these changes can only be brought about by actually elected representatives of people of every province it isn't the right of a grade 22 military officer .
