Way better taijutsu, mastery of all the jutsus he already had from the classic era, genjutsu breaking, more strategic, better control over the Nine-Tails' chakra, more chakra, stronger, faster. The kid was already at a Jonnin level when he returned; the problem was that Sasuke was at a Kage level.

Sasuke was a prodigy it took him 2 weeks to physically catch up to rock lee speed (should be impossible) and learned the chidori. That’s why Kakashi didn’t question his strength

Idk I think we’re forgetting sasori literally got jumped & got hard countered by having granny chiyo there also if im not mistaken it was also stated even before naurto got his new move he had 4x more chakra than kakashi without kurama & beat someone within kakazu where it took around 4 people just to fight him

naruto still have a huge chunk of chakra that he dont use,of course its hinted that if he use too much of his chakra,kurama influence will take over wich napped in his training of rassenshuriken but still he should be able to use that chakra to at least short burst of power and speed wich he actually shows later,

I think Sakura and Base Naruto are close in strength at the time but I do think Naruto has the edge with the Rasengan as it hits harder then she can punch and of course Shadow Clones. However any Kurama chakra immediately puts him above her.
